Returns and Refund Policy

At Zelda Stride, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

We will review your request and provide you with return instructions. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment (or a store credit if applicable).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check your payment method again and contact your financial institution. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

International Orders

All return and refund requests for international orders follow the same policy. Return shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
